Information you choose to share
The trip planner on this site prepares a travel inquiry on your device. It does not itself automatically send the form to our servers or complete a booking.
External communication
When you choose to continue using WhatsApp or email, your information is handled by that external service and the KPG team receiving your message. The separate KPG main-site request system has its own data handling.
Privacy questions and requests
Contact KPG at the email or phone below for questions about information you send to KPG. Consult the official KPG privacy policy for its applicable terms.
Analytics and site platforms
Optional interaction analytics run only after you allow them in the on-site choice. Analytics events exclude names, email addresses and trip notes. Hosting services may still process essential technical data. Do not send payment card or passport details through the public trip planning notes.
