Different departures can visit different islands, visitor sites and ports. Before choosing a ship, confirm the route, operating dates, accommodation, accessibility and what activities are included.
Standard vessel catering is not automatically kosher. KPG can discuss packed meal planning, handoff locations, safe storage, preparation and supervision details, subject to each operator and route.
A sailing timetable can conflict with the way you observe Shabbat. Review Friday arrival times, Saturday activities and lodging arrangements ahead of time. Religious decisions should be discussed with your adviser.
Tell KPG your dates, party size, preferred comfort level and desired islands. Supplier inventory, the exact route, taxes, food and booking conditions must be checked before a price is confirmed.
Ask for the vessel, exact departure, embarkation and disembarkation points, visitor sites and daily activities in writing. Confirm whether an excursion means walking, snorkeling or observing from a boat. Check cabin configuration, steps, access and the operator’s age or participation requirements against your group. Do not choose a trip from ship photography alone.
Request an itemized explanation of transfers, guiding, equipment, meals and charges paid separately. Establish the applicable change and cancellation terms before paying. Check the connection between the mainland flight and the vessel; ask who handles a missed connection or an operational change. Insurance suitability should be checked with your provider for the actual activities.
Tell KPG your supervision requirements and request the operator’s agreement on storage and handling. Ask how meals work during excursions as well as on board, who receives each delivery and what happens if a handoff changes. Keep allergies separate from the kosher discussion. A standard dining menu is not proof of a kosher kitchen.
