Write arrival, departure and every change of accommodation on the calendar before adding excursions. Count full activity days separately from transfer days. A five-night stay can produce very different usable time depending on flights and boat connections. For a short trip, ask for a simpler route alongside the multi-island option so you can compare the value of each move.
For a seven-day concept, discuss arrival and settling in on day one, focused activities on the next full days, one deliberately spaced island change and a departure day with a sensible margin. If Shabbat falls inside the stay, build the chosen accommodation around it before setting the transfer day. KPG must check the sequence against real transport and supplier conditions.
Your written proposal should identify airport and dock pickups, luggage handling, hotel check-in and meal collection. For each excursion ask about guiding, equipment, physical demands and what happens in unsuitable conditions. Confirm a practical contact for an unexpected transport change rather than relying on disconnected tickets and messages.
Five to eight days can be a starting point for some trips. Transfers, flight arrangements and Shabbat may make another duration more appropriate.
